You can add the link into iTunes by clicking on the Advanced menu and selecting Subscribe to Podcast.... This will then give you a box in which you type the URL above before pressing OK. That's it! When you click on the podcast section you should see "Shanklin URC Media Libary" listed as in the screenshot below:
